Wressle Castle remains privately owned and the only access is through the working farm. For this reason, access is only available on the designated open days. There is no need to book.
The next open days will be Saturday 1st/Sunday 2nd June 2019 (11am-4pm) & 29th/30th June 2019 (11am-4pm). There is no charge for visiting, though local charity groups will be raising funds by helping out with car parking which is in the field in the village.
There are no facilities onsite. Toilets may be available at the village hall during visiting hours.
Visitors will need to walk over rough grass to access the castle so sturdy footwear is advised.
Dogs (on leads) are welcome, providing you clear up after them.
For disabled access, limited parking is available nearer the castle.
